RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Nature Rich Herbals – Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 9th April 2026

At Nature Rich Herbals, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience with Synacure-5. Due to the nature of our product (health & personal use), returns are handled under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking

  • Product received is incorrect

  • Product is defective upon arrival

To be eligible:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Cases

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike or non-suitability

  • Delayed results or unmet expectations

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

In case of Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

4. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • Free replacement instead of refund

  • Clear images of product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

6. Important Note

Synacure-5 is a wellness product. Results may vary based on individual conditions and usage consistency.
