Nature Rich Herbals – Return & Refund Policy

At Nature Rich Herbals, we strive to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience with Synacure-5. Due to the nature of our product (health & personal use), returns are handled under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or leaking

Product received is incorrect

Product is defective upon arrival
To be eligible:

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Cases
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Change of mind

Personal dislike or non-suitability

Delayed results or unmet expectations
3. Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD):

Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
4. Replacement Option
In eligible cases, we may offer:

Free replacement instead of refund
